Title: Persephone's Return
Size: 8.5"x11"
Medium: Acrylics and coloured pencil
Represents: Rebirth
Under the light of the full moon, Persephone, Queen of the Underworld, Caretaker of the Dead, walks upon dusty path toward a magickal grove. She journeys home. Free to walk among the living, but knowing that her return to her husband's side is inevitable and inescapable.
The model for this painting is my darling Lanny, whom is a true goddess in her own right.
